My Journey

Foundation

ApexOS Advisory was born from field experience, not abstract theory. Founder Kevin Stormer, a current Law Enforcement Executive, recognized that even the best organizations often lack an integrated system to translate good intentions into sustained performance. These observations gave rise to the creation of ApexOS Advisory to provide public safety consulting for our industry partners.

Evolution

Kevin founded ApexOS to bridge the gaps between good intentions and sustained performance. Having sat at the head of the table, he understands that identifying a problem is only the beginning. Our mission is to help agencies build the internal capability to sustain excellence by intent, not accident.
